Intake Assessment

Service Description

Intake Assessments are conducted by Senior Social Workers and take about an hour. Please choose a session time that suits you and we will confirm the booking within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in full payment being forfeited. You will be required to make payment for another Intake Session prior to your family progressing through the Intake Process.
